<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><em><o:p> </o:p></em></strong>1. Soak bulgur wheat for at least 2 hours in hot water until soft.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">2. In a salad bowl add bulgur, parsley, cucumber, tomatoes, green onion.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">3. Combine all ingredients.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">4.<span>  </span>Sprinkle olive oil, pour lemon juice, salt and pepper on top.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">5. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">6. Before serving add fresh mint.</p>
