Heidi put in a huge effort to lose more than 30 pounds after her pregnancy, and now she looks better than ever.</p>
<p>German supermodel explained how she was able to get in shape so fast. Her trainer, David Kirsch, put her on a strict diet and exercise regime. <em><strong>“He stocked my fridge with the foods I should be eating and taught me how to cook healthy dishes.”</strong></em></p>
<p>Her diet consisted largely of vegetables and salads.</p>
<p>Some rules:</p>
<p>1. The first 2 weeks Heidi avoided all foods that cause bloating. That means no dairy and no fruits.</p>
<p>2. Eat really healthy carbohydrates like tuna and tomatoes, lean meats or a bowl of eggs.<em><strong> “Keep a bowl of hard-boiled eggs on hand - eat one every time you feel hungry.”</strong></em></p>
<p>3. Go to bed earlier.<br />
<em><strong>“Late nights are often the time when people snack, so make sure you’re in bed at a decent hour. Plus make sure you don’t eat after 7:00 p.m. because you won’t have enough time to burn off the food before you go to sleep.”<br />
</strong></em><br />
4. No alcohol, no bread, no starchy carbohydrates.</p>
<p>5. Think positively – very important.<br />
<em><strong>“Make sure you follow the three core tenets of the program: sound eating, sound exercising and sound thinking.”<br />
</strong></em><br />
6. Always plan and organise your meals for the day and only buy the food you need.</p>
<p>7. Cook a lot. Then you can eat it over a couple of days, instead of cooking everyday.</p>
<p>8. Eat five meals a day.<br />
<em><strong>&#8220;Eat from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Every 3 hours.  Eat a small, healthy meals. That it’s the best way to lose weight. I’d suggest you follow each day for two weeks.”<br />
</strong></em><br />
A highly intensive, 14 – day training and nutritional program guaranteed to achieve specific optimal results.</p>
<p><em>Here’s an example of a meal plan:<br />
</em><br />
<em><strong>BREAKFAST: </strong></em>A protein shake.<br />
<em><strong>SNACK:</strong></em> Omelette (whites) with spinach or tomatoes.<br />
<em><strong>LUNCH:</strong></em> A grilled salmon filet with a leafy green salad.<br />
<em><strong>SNACK:</strong></em> Some chopped celery, red peppers, broccoly.<br />
<em><strong>DINNER: </strong></em>This must be very light - chicken with some steamed fresh vegetables.</p>
<p>Also: To achieve her phenomenal weight loss - 90 minute workouts at the gym. Four days a week follows a strict program of cardio, strength training and aerobic exercise.</p>
<p>Heidi Klum is expecting her fourth child. The 35-year-old supermodel said her children - Leni, Henry and Johan as well as her husband – the singer Seal were all thrilled.</p>

It&#8217;s a liquid diet regime based on MadalBal, a 100% natural drink made from a special<br />
organic natural tree syrup, or Organic Maple Syrup, mixed with fresh lemon juice, water and just a pinch of cayenne pepper.<br />
The acid in the lemons assists the cleansing process, and the cayenne pepper helps speed up your metabolism, promoting circulation and a greater release of toxins from your body. This Detox will help you cleanse your body, lose weight quickly, and make you feel better overall.</p>
<p>The detox drink is quite simple to make. Take one gallon jug and pour in the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>3 quarts of fresh spring water</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>1 cup of fresh lemon juice (squeezed). Do not use concentrate or a drink mix, as these contain preservatives.</li>
</ul>

<li>1 cup pure Maple Syrup (organic or natural, no maple flavoured syrups)</li>

<li>1 tsp. of cayenne pepper (adjust to taste).</li>

For the beginners, a shorter period is recommended – 5 to 7 days.<br />
For those more experienced at detoxing-10 days. During the programme, drink only the recommended liquids.<br />
Do not eat any solid foods.<br />

In the film, based on the Broadway musical and due in theatres in December, Beyoncé plays the svelte lead singer of a &#8217;60s girl group loosely based on the Supremes. <em>&#8220;It&#8217;s great because I look at</em> (the movie) <em>and I don&#8217;t</em> <em>recognize myself – which was the point,&#8221;</em> she told GMTV.<br />
But she&#8217;s happy her liquid-diet days are over. <em>&#8220;The funniest part was putting the weight back on and eating my doughnuts and all the other things,&#8221;</em> she said.<em> &#8220;So now I&#8217;m back to my body. I&#8217;m very conscious of being a curvy woman and I&#8217;m very happy that I am a curvy woman.&#8221;</em></p>
<p><em><strong>Recommendation:</strong></em><br />
1. On the first day after your diet, drink unsweetened fruit juices.<br />
2. On the second day, you can begin to eat soup.<br />
3. On the third day you may begin to eat light foods.<br />
Whatever you do, do not &#8220;wake up&#8221; your digestive system with high fat foods. It could be a very painful awakening.</p>

If you are pregnant, or you are allergic to certain food, or you have any medical problems, do not fallow this diet before to consult with your family doctor.</p>

<em>&#8220;I think I&#8217;ve been blessed with my father&#8217;s metabolism,&#8221;</em> the double Oscar winner said.<br />
<em>“I trained 4 to four and a half hours every six days a week, for 3 months.Before I started filming, and then as I filmed I kept training.”</em><br />
<em>&#8220;But ultimately it&#8217;s Dad who gets the credit. I try and get out as much as I can,&#8221;</em> she says, <em>&#8220;but I think in the end I really have to give it up to my genes.&#8221;</em><br />
This flick stars Hilary Swank as a female amateur boxer training to make her mark on the boxing scene.<br />
&#8220;<em>Problem is, this is the only thing I ever felt good doing. If I’m too old for this then I got nothing. Is that enough truth to suit you? They asked me to put on 10 pounds of muscle and I put on approximately 20 pounds of muscle. Just because I really wanted it to be believable. </em>&#8220;That entailed:</p>
<ul>
<li>Drinking egg whites;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Drinking flax oil;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Eating every hour and a half;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Waking up in the middle of the night and drinking protein shakes.</li>
</ul>
<p>She continued: <em>&#8220;I have a really high metabolism. Exercise is also really important to me. &#8220;I think it gives me more energy. I would rather sleep six hours and get an hour workout than sleep seven</em> <em>hours</em>. Thought calorie counts are listed for Hilary Swanks diet, Garcia emphasizes that this is not a calorie-based plan.<br />
<em> &#8220;And now I’m glad that’s all behind me.&#8221;</em></p>
<p><em><strong>Hilary Swank diet plan:</strong></em></p>
<p><strong>Breakfast:</strong> 1 hole egg + 2 egg whites, tomato and spinach Omelette , 1 cup fresh berries.<br />
<strong>Snack: </strong> protein shake<br />
<strong>Lunch:</strong> 6 jumbo shrimp with mixed greens, ½ small avocado.<br />
<strong>Snack</strong>: 1 slice 9-grain bread with peanut butter and 1 tbsp. fruit jam.<br />
<strong>Dinner:</strong>  chicken with rice and beans, 1 cup steamed vegetables.<br />
<strong>Dessert:</strong>  fresh fruit salad.</p>
<p>Hilary says the training was extreme. <em>”It’s the hardest most challenging workout you can ever, ever experience, ever. And I’m really athletic.”</em><br />
The training worked it is magic. As Hilary won a best actress Oscar for the role.

The chubby singer spends an hour in the gym every day and is also put through her paces during an aerobic water work-out, while her low-carbohydrate diet meant she had to give up her beloved pasta and instead dine on &#8220;mini-meals&#8221; of fish, soups, salad and fruit.<br />

You</em> <em>can punch me in the stomach and feel how tight it is.&#8221;</em> Mariah hires a personal trainer and their routine is water-aerobic intensive. <em>&#8220;We do water aerobics mostly.&#8221;</em><br />

Mariah Carey is living on plain fish and soup in a bid to shed the excess pounds. The beautiful diva has taken all calorific treats off the menu until she reaches her target weight. But there&#8217;s no chance of Carey, 38, losing her womanly curves. <em>&#8220;I don&#8217;t feel like you have to be a size zero. We should all just embrace who we are physically,&#8221; she said. &#8220;I&#8217;m not supposed to be a stick figure girl. It&#8217;s just not me.&#8221;</em><br />
Even though there have been some ups and downs, Mariah Carey’s singing career has been successful for almost two decades. Fans also follow her waistline as closely as they do her position on the Billboard charts. It seems as though Ms. Carey is one of the many stars finally conquering her battle with weight.
