Eat plenty of soup - as much as you want!
You’ll lose weight quickly and can eat as much as you want of the prescribed foods. You can eat unlimited amounts of food and still lose weight fast and easy. Ingredients:
- 1 small cabbage
- 6 large green onions
- 2 green peppers
- 3 small carrots

- 1 canV8 juice (optional)

Directions:
Cut the cabbage, green-pepper, onions, carrots and celery into bite size pieces.
Add into large pot.
If you would like a spicy soup, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
You can use chicken bouillon cube for seasonings.
Use about 6 - 8 cups of water, 2 cans chicken broth, 1 can V8, 2 cans tomato juice. Cover and turn heat on low.
Don’t cook this soup for a long time.

Potatoes Day
Cabbage soup, vegetables, including a baked potato with butter for dinner.
Day 3
Fruit and vegetables
Cabbage soup, fruits and vegetables (but no potatoes and bananas).
Day 4
Bananas and non – fat milk.
Eat only cabbage soup, up to 6 bananas and fat-free milk.
Day 5
Meet and vegetables
Cabbage soup, 6 tomatoes and up to 500 grams of meat or fish.
Day 6
Meet and vegetables
Cabbage soup, meat and vegetables.
Day 7
Rice
Cabbage soup, brown rice, fruit juices and vegetables.
