Lose 15 pounds in 9 days

It continues for 9 days. The diet is healthy, consist a lot of fibre, minerals, fructose.
First 3 days only rice is permitted. The next 3 days - chicken, the last 3 days - apples, without other products are consumed. For better effect every day do exercise, pursuant with a health, kilograms, sex.
If that diet is observed strictly, after nine days you will count almost 7 kilograms (approximately 1 stone) less and you are purify your body from toxins.

You can eat, remember, only boiled rice.
Don’t use salt, olive oil, spice.
You can eat all the time and as much as you can.
Drinks allowed: black coffee (without sugar, milk), green tea, water.

Chicken (chicken breast, chicken wings or chicken thighs).

Day 7, 8, 9
Apples - no more than 1.5 kg. by the day.

 

You must not drink any alcohol in these nine days. You can consume only water, tea and coffee (without sugar and milk). It is advisable for you to drink more than 1.5L.water per day.
