Russian Diet
The dieticians that had developed this diet warn the consumption of the carbohydrates, special to the sugar, is limited because he is cut promptly and is transformed in the organism as fat. Monday
First breakfast: 100 grams fish, 150 grams green salad, green pea-steamed, boiled carrot stick, cup of black coffee without sugar.
Second breakfast: 100 g. non - fat milk, a 1 apple.
Lunch: vegetable soup, cabbage with carrot (steam), the cup of apple juice.

Tuesday
First breakfast: 200g.cabbage salad, (seasoned), cup of black coffee.
Second breakfasts: cup of buttermilk.
Lunch: 100 g. beef with vegetable salad, a cup of apple juice.
Supper: 100 g. fish, 2 boiled potatoes, an orange.

Wednesday
First breakfast: 1 egg, 1 slice whole wheat bread, cup of black coffee.
Second breakfasts: 50g.oatmeal porridge (or cereal) with yoghurt.
Lunch: 150g.chicken breast, 1 apple, an orange.
Supper: lettuce salad (seasoned), a cup of apple juice.

Thursday
First breakfast: 1 cup of buttermilk, 1 slice whole wheat bread, (toast), 5-6 olives.
Second breakfasts: fruit salad, black tea.
Lunch: 100g.meat, green salad from lettuce and spring onion.
Supper: Vegetable soup(kale), 1 cup carrot sticks (grated).

Friday
First breakfast: 3 tbsp. spoons of curd, 1 slice whole wheat bred, cup of black coffee
Second breakfast: 1 apple (orange) or cup of orange juice.
Lunch: 100g.chicken breast, 150g.cabbage salad, a cup of orange juice.
Supper: 150g.fish, vegetable soup (kale), 100g.grape, a cup of green tea.

Saturday
First breakfast: 100g.non - fat curd, 1rusk.
Lunch: vegetable soup (kale), slice whole grain bread.
Supper: 100g.meet, 100g.coddled beet, a cup of black tea without sugar.

Sunday
First breakfast: 100g.oatmeal porridge, black tea.
Second breakfast: 150g.fruit salad, orange juice (fresh).
Lunch: 100g.fish, 150g.green salad.
Supper: 100g.meat, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 apple or cup of apple juice.

The Russian diet must be observed more than two months. It’s not recommended to use: chilli pepper, strong mustard, dipping sauce or mayonnaise. The Russian diet, as the other national diets had to remind, to avoid from the menu their candies, ice cream, chocolate, sweets, and smoked, salted plates as well. It’s not allowed to drink alcohol during this period.
