Brazilian Diet

You can drop down 10-12 pounds minimum for two weeks. If you do not like eggs, or you are allergy from eggs it’s best for you to forget about this diet. The opinions are quite contradictory, but this diet frequently used by success.
Day 1:
Breakfast: one boiled egg, a cup of black coffee or one apple.
Lunch: one boiled egg, cup of tomato juice.
Dinner: one boiled egg, green tea.
Day 2: (repeat everything from day1)
Breakfast: one boiled egg, a cup of black coffee or one apple.
Lunch: one boiled egg, cup of tomato juice.
Dinner: one boiled egg, green tea.
Day 3:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, black coffee
Lunch: beef (100 grams) with steamed spinach.
Dinner: 1 boiled egg and mashed spinach.
Day 4:
Breakfast: black coffee, egg or apple (optional)
Lunch: 150 g. fish, tomato salad.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, tomato juice.
Day 5:
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, black coffee, fruit.
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs and tomato salad.
Dinner: fish (150 g.) and vegetables
Day 6:
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, a cup of coffee or grapefruit juice (fresh)
Lunch: roast beef (150g.) cucumber salad.
Dinner: roast beef (100 g.), 1 tomato, or tomato juice.
Day 7:
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, coffee (tea), fruit.
Lunch: half roast-chicken and 150 grams the greens by the choice.
 Dinner: other-half of chicken, 1 apple, green tea.
The next week you can repeat the diet.
Tip:Depending of your gender and how much weight you want to lose, you may increase the portion.
