Kiwi Flavoured Smoothie
Ingredients:

  •  3 kiwis (peeled)
  •  ½ cup milk (low-fat)
  •  ½ cup vanilla ice cream
  •  1tsp.honey
  •  A slice of kiwi (garnish)
  •   2-3 ice cubes

Preparation:

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Place them in blender and blend about 20 seconds.
  • Serve in a tall glass and garnish with kiwi.
