Mono Diet

To follow a Mono Diet you must to eat only one type of food per day, not per meal.
If you like to eat proteins, your diet will consist: eggs, cheese, fish, meat, milk.
If you like more carbohydrate products you can eat: rice, potatoes, pasta.
Don’t forget for fruits and vegetables.
It’s good every day to eat a different kind of food.
One day fruits the next meat but nothing else than that.
If you keep this way you can make this diet a long time, than a few days.
For instance:
1. Vegetables Day:
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, for snack time – (one kind of vegetables)
2. Potatoes Day
No more 5 - 6 boiled potatoes.
3. Eggs Day
5-6 hard boiled eggs (people with allergy to avoid this food)
4. Yoghurt day – 750 g. skim milk, or low %
5. Fish day
BBQ, grilled, baked – 1 piece per meal
6. Fruits day
No more 1 kg. Apples
7. Your choice Day
Depending of your gender and how much weight you want to lose, you may increase the portion.
Every day drink 1.5 L – 2.0 L water, green tea
Depending of kilograms you will lose more then 1 lb. per day.
